Thank you for supporting our company! You may be reading this article because you have questions regarding your order made with us recently. Here are some FAQ's to help answer any questions you may have before reaching out to us.

 

FAQ's:

1. WHERE IS MY ORDER? As you can see from our product descriptions, orders can take us about 3 - 4 weeks to hand make each piece. We have a team of 2 people making each order we receive and we like to ensure each piece is best quality possible before we ship it out to you. You should receive an email as soon as we pack your order for shipping, and the tracking info attached will update you further on your order status.

2. WHY DOES IT TAKE YOU SO LONG TO MAKE MY ORDER? We normally make each customer order by hand in our warehouse and that means each step of the process takes us a little bit of time to complete. As we continue to grow our company, our shipping times will become faster and faster but since we are a small business, we appreciate our customers being patient with us as we complete their orders.

3. WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER? Our system automatically emails each customer their order confirmation to the email they used to purchase their order with. If it has been misspelled or if you didn’t include your email in the checkout info, you will not receive a confirmation email. If you'd like to receive an order confirmation, or tracking confirmation when it becomes available, just email us.

4. CAN YOU REFUND MY ORDER? Unfortunately, as you can see from our product descriptions, all sales are final when you make your purchase. Please make sure all the info in your order is correct and that you are 100% satisfied with the item you are purchasing from us. We can not guarantee that we can make any product exchanges, but we certainly try to help out when we can.
